  I called and in the middle of talking got hung up on. Tried calling back twice after and got hung up on both times!! Terrible customer service!!! This needs to be worked on!!!!!

  I had to go to hospital for 3 days vomiting and couldnt stop 30 minutrs after eating this food.
  Half the time our food would be cold. Owners were really nasty about whole situation.
  2 yrs ago scared of them for food poisioning.
  Kilgore is the very best food.

  I have ALWAYS gone to chicken express and ALWAYS have had great, excellent service..... Until today... I ordered my usual #4 and get 2 tenders side mashed potatoes and a roll ALWAYS!!! Well the woman running the drive through says no what you want is the #1 the tenders... I said no ma'am I want the #4 please with mashed... Then I was cut off and she proceeded to say no you want the #1. I said fine sounds good. So I get to the window hand her my money she gives me my tea and says your order will be out shortly and I nodded. I get my food and she says thank you. I didn't say anything because a #1 was not what I wanted and she HOLLERS out the window... YOU'RE WELCOME and slams the window.... I have NEVER had bad service at chicken express until today. And as long as she it there I will not go.... That was very unprofessional....
